This works exactly as it is supposed to. I have been using it for almost two weeks with no issues. It gets a tad warm, which is normal I guess, but not hot as some reviewers have indicated. Could it be that I use a surge protector and they were not?

It gets really hot- be careful
It’s a decent charger for the price- I guess you get what you pay for. It charges pretty well, but almost as soon as I plugged it in it got very hot. It also made my laptop really hot. I would personally go with another, wouldn’t buy again.
