It works. Great VFM
I used it to run 3 intake fans on the front of PC from one Sys_FAN header.Worked perfectly.The missing pin surprised me earlier, but then on further research learnt that it is the sense/feedback pin and should be taken from only one fan.The sleeving makes it hard to bend the cable near the header. So ensure that there's enough spacing around the fan header to route the cables.

Quality Not According To Price
Purchased at 276 INR and It Looks Cheap Quality Cable. Much Better Quality Cables I Have Seen In Offline Market in past, But they are all gone and i have to purchase it from here. Too Much High Price. Previously Purchased From Offline Market At 85 INR With Much Better Quality Of Plugs and Wire.

Stiff connectors but does the job really well.
The headers can be scary for inexperienced users as it requires some force to push the connectors into them. But it does ensure that the connector does not loosen and come out. Does the job really well too. Also the 3 pin on one is intentional to those wondering. Both the fans rotate at same rpm. I can control one fan using Smart Fan in my gigabyte motherboard. The other one adapts the speed from the first fan. And personally I think there is no need to control fans seperately. Its an unnecessary hassle, wiring looks less neat, useless overall as the computer report same system temperature in all regions. So you cannot expect the fans to automatically spin faster/slower depending on the area of the pc they are placed in.
