Good grip and quality for the price.
Decent pedals and good build, however be careful with installation. As most mid-grade pedals go, the threading on these leave more to be desired and can easily be cross threaded upon installation. Make sure that you thread TOWARDS THE FRONT TIRE on BOTH pedals upon installation. If you feel any resistance upon installation, please check your threads to ensure you are not cross threading.I made this same mistake but installed them backwards on the crank-arms to rethread my arms, and was able to install with ease the correct way.I have a red and black Giant Revel 2 and the white pedals are a great standout addition to the bike.These pedals have some grip to them and even with slide on sandals, I can confidently stand on my pedals without the fear of slipping.

nice but failed way too early
really nice pedals; apparently well designed, inexpensive, light, no slip. However installed on June 1, and now it's Nov 13, 1700 miles later, and the bearings are gone. I ride all weather commuting, so 2 years is all I expected, but got only 6 months, before failure

Awesome pedals. These things aren't going to break. Pretty sweet looking too.Don't buy if:You want light weight pedalsYou like riding barefoot because the screws are a bit sharp on the feet (excellent for grip though)

A nice cheap way to up the quality and lower the weight a bit on a cheaper bike. I bought a inexpensive bike on Amazon and quickly added these to make the grip better for my riding on slightly longer rides.

Usable, but should spend $10 more and get better one.
Came with paint pretty beat up. Paint was chipped every where and cracked, pretty much was in used condition. Also, it looked like it was powder coated in the pictures but its more like it was just dipped in a bucket of cheap paint. Only kept it because didn't want to deal with ordering another pedals. They are one up the plastic pedals that usually come with cheap bikes, but not much better. Of course the bearings are not the best. I would just pay $5-10 extra and get better pedals.

A good design and felt really nice on the trail this ...
Got these this morning for my MTB and tried them out this afternoon. A good design and felt really nice on the trail this afternoon. Seemed more stable then the old plastic pedal that are so common. A well made petal with a good price. I might buy a second pair for my other bike.

Great deal
I bought these for my husband. He liked them so much he had me order another pair for the other bike. We clip in a lot less than we used to now that we have a toddler at home. :)

Good pedals
So far so good. I have only been out once with the pedals on my bike. Quality seems good. I saw other reviews so I was a little nervous when I bought these. Only time will tell but now they are ok.
