I love this protein powder mixed in Greek yogurt for extra protein. It mixes well and tastes great! Great value! I didn’t pay attention to the size of the container and thought it was overpriced at first but the container is huge and will last a while!

This might be the best tasting protein that I've ever had. It is filling and for the money it is a premium product. Its easy on my stomach coming out of a fast and it keeps my energy up during a fast. Its smooth and not clumsy. I mix mine with water and it's so good. I also mix it into a steamed sweet potato mash.

Quality economically sound protein powder that has great flavor and slow digestion.

The flavor is great and it mixes easily, so no complaints there. However, the price point feels too high for what is essentially just a straight protein powder. It doesn’t include BCAAs or other added ingredients you’d typically expect in a product at this price range. I also don’t like that it contains soy, which can negatively impact testosterone levels for some people. The tub is a decent size and the scoop is convenient (though the handle is a bit short), but compared to other brands in the same price range, you don’t get as many servings. It will get the job done for building mass, but you’ll likely need to use more of it compared to the leading competitor in the black tub. Overall, not a bad product, just not the best value for the money.

Much sweeter than expected (which I like) and very good flavor, can go well with just water.

If you like cinnamon toast crunch - just buy this. The taste is so spot on, it's shocking. It is delicious with water and ice, or fairlife milk for an extra protein boost. Amazing treat mixed with low cal ice cream or frozen yogurt. I don't know how they make it taste so good. My only qualm is, it gets a funky taste when warm. Oatmeal and mixed into coffee were both fails. That taste is not present when cold or room temp though. I will buy this forever.

The flavor is amazing. Feels like im cheating myself. Got all the protein I need. Very happy with Ryse yet again. Home run win for health supplements.

My son loves it! He says there is no after taste. However, I’m not crazy about the ingredients. You can find cleaner protein out there. There’s apparent a cancer causing chemical in the container or ingredients too. There’s a disclaimer when you purchase. It’s pretty hard to find clean protein. The price is not great but decent. No issues with blending and dissolving. I can taste the fake ingredients so I have no interest in using this. The boy needs his protein and unfortunately this is one of the few he’ll drink. Read the ingredient list!
