Helps to stabilize newer aquariums quick!
Been struggling to get my nitrite values normalized using API Quick Start. It’s Day 3 of using MicroBacter7, and my values are in a safe range. Water is clear and my fish are happy. Great product, will continue to use this from now on! Highly recommend.

Works as intended - 0 nitrates
This stuff works as intended. I will be honest, I thought this was a type of bacteria to boost bacteria biodiversity, and technically it is but it is mostly an enzyme to tackle nitrates in your tank. Ever since I've dosed this my tank has stayed at 0-.1 nitrates which can be good at times. But some nitrate can help foster coral growth. And ever since I've dosed this, my corals haven't grown as fast as they used to. So I would say this product is great for when your tank has been established and you want to "freeze" your tanks growth. But for new tanks I would stay away for awhile and instead buy brightwell clean which has the bacteria to broaden your bacteria biodiversity. The enzymes in this product eat at the nitrates and turn it into nitrogen gas which completely eliminates nitrates so if you want some nitrates, use this product with caution. But if i had done my research and used this product as intended, it did exactly what it was meant for.

Buy it! It’s my number 1 recommendation for fish keepers!
Literally everyone with an aquarium should own this! Without question better than seachem, fluval or any other bacteria seeding additive. I’m so glad I found this at a locally owned store when I needed it most. They also have one with starter bacteria. If I could give any aquarist one piece of advice it would be to buy this product!

I’ve had great success with Brightwell products so far and decided to try this to help with my battle against nitrates and phosphates. Using every professional trick in the book and I see this helping slowly to make minor differences. My water clarity was already good so I can’t see a difference there. Hopefully by the time I’m done with the full bottle I’ll be in a good place with my NO3 & PO4!

Consistent and reliable, just works.
I purchased this several years ago in order to jumpstart a tank after getting back into the hobby. I've tried several other formulations and this gets my tank seeded quicker than the rest for whatever reason. I usually do nano tanks with plants, fish-in cycle, no issues (several minor water changes during first couple of weeks). Honorable mention to the Seachem product but Brightwell's bacteria works for me every time.
