Is this cassia or cinnamon? They are different, with slightly different flavor profiles.

Well as the label says it is cassia. But it is so FRESH, I can hardly tell. Very sweet and aromatic. And for the price, it is worth it.

My bag had 25 sticks, varying thickness. It is sold by weight, so there could be more or less depending on size.

Are these the softer cinnamon sticks or the very hard ones?
