Bought these after a course of antibiotics hit my gut hard and left me with days of brain fog. After a recommodation, I gave these a try. Phase 1 is the 100 billion strength and Phase 2 the 10 billion strength. 100 billion strength tablets have a strong odour / after taste, but 10 billion strength go down easy. Overall, happy with these so far. Have settled down the gut to normal and cleared the brain fog.

I had a dodgy stomach since getting gastro flue, this helped get my stomach and everything else related working properly again. I would highly recommend.

I take high strength probiotics in conjunction with medication to help keep IBS symptoms under control. I picked this up because I've taken Probio7 products before and found them to be of good quality and reliable. This is a packet of 30 capsules that's specially formulated to be taken if you've been prescribed antibiotics (which destroy gut bacteria and give you digestion issues) but I took them after a bout of stomach flu because I wanted to get my gut bacteria back to healthy levels. Like I said, I take high strength probiotics anyway so I didn't have any ill effects taking this but be aware that you can have a bit of a funny tummy for the first few days. The pack consists of 2 blister packs - one contains 15 capsules of ultra high strength (100 billion) probiotic, which you take first; and the second 15 capsules of a 'regular' high dose of 10 billion probiotic. You take one capsule per day with food between 2 and 6 hours after you've taken your antibiotic. The 100 billion capsules and 10 billion capsules all contain: - saccharomyces boulardii (a yeast, which is usually used to help mitigate the effects of diarrhoea) - Lactobacillus casei - Lactobacillus rhamnosus - Lactobacillus acidophilus - streptococcus thermopilus - Lactobacillus plantarum - Bifidobacterium breve - Bifidobacterium longum - Bifidobacterium bifidum The 10 billion capsules also contain chicory inulin fibre and soy fibre to help feed the good bacteria. The capsules are certified Vegan friendly by the Vegan Society and are GMO free but note that if you have a soy allergy, you may want to give them a miss. The packaging says that you don't have to refrigerate them - to be honest, if you're in Britain between autumn and spring then you can get away with it, but they should be refrigerated in the summer and I think it's better to do it anyway as a precaution. I think that if you're used to high strength probiotics or have digestive problems anyway, then the drop from 100 billion to 10 billion is probably too much and you'd do better looking for something with a 50 billion second stage, but that isn't to detract from this product, which is very good and is something I'd recommend for anyone prescribed antibiotics.

It works. The digestion is way better, my tummy is flatter and I have more energy. If you buy it learn about the diet you should take: cooked apples, bone broth, musli or porridge, yogurt, root vegetables. I will buy again.

Needed something to offset the effects of antibiotics. These seem to do the trick.
