PERFORMS AS INDICATED
I ordered this pan in January 2019. The initial description used INCHES vs. CENTIMETERS. I was disappointed to see that it wasn't 26 inches as initially stated by a misprint. However, I used it last week to make a New York style cheesecake and it turned out perfect!! No leaking. Bottom pan remains attached; doesn't release, but it worked out fine! REMINDER: Temperature has to be lowered by 25°F from original temp. in recipe due to dark color of pan. I recommend this pan for smaller servings. Would like a larger pan, but I am happy with this pan. It works very well.
