The benefits of Coenzyme Q10 seem endless and I take it for heart defense. There is plenty of it in grapes apparently but if I actually ate all of the food types required to get the right amount of vitamins, minerals etc each day I’d be as fat (fatter!) as a porker.I’ve taken CoQ10 for a while now and although I cannot say definitely that it helps I feel better taking it.This one is easy to take with no unpleasant side effects.

I have small amounts of CoQ10 in my Multivitamin but wanted to add more into my routine. Unfortunately I developed a rash that was spreading all over my body and kept getting worse. I figured out it was this tablet that was causing it. Not sure whether it is a reaction to the supplement or this particular brand/tablet. Stopped taking it, rash went away so had to throw the rest out. First time I have ever experienced this from a supplement!

Unlike many other Q10 capsules that I have previously bought online, these ones are small and very easy to swallow. I will continue re-ordering these whenever I need further supplies.
