Great supplement!
I have the MTFR gene mutation as well as a few others and I have tried different brands of methyl folate but this was by far the best one so far! I noticed a distinct difference in my energy and how I feel over all. I will definitely use this from now on! It also tastes good, dissolves easily and is very affordable.

Very tiny, dissolve quickly, taste fine, great source of folate
I hate taking pills, but my body doesn't absorb folic acid well, so I need to supplement daily with methyl folate. I was using a liquid supplement, but it was out of stock for a while so I had to find something else. These tiny dissolvable tablets ended up being the perfect alternative. They are a 1/4in in diameter and 1/8inch tall, so very very small. They dissolve very quickly and the taste is fine - nothing excessively wonderful but definitely on the good side of acceptable. They are sweetened with stevia and each tablet provides 1,668 mcg of folate (as L-methyltetrahydrofolate). I take them with a glass of water each morning before I have my coffee, and they seem to be working great. I plan on continuing to use them even now that the liquid is back in stock.

Cautiously optimistic
This may be premature but I’m an optimistic person. I’m also very sensitive to supplements. I have -/+ mthfr and +/+ MTRR and mtr and COMT. I tried a methylation cream which had the same form of folic acid with folinic acid and other b vitamins and vitamin d...within a week I was feeling completely exhausted, foggy minded, aggressive, irritable, disconnected. Long story short I was able to narrow it down to the form of folic acid. I thought my iron was off but checked this and it’s normal with hemoglobin and hematocrit too. My body apparently does well with this form of folic acid. The other forms (6s), folinic acid, folic acid has the negative effects I described above. Today is day one of taking this. Again cautiously optimistic. I was hesitant to start high but I’ve been taking 500mcg of the same folate that came with my iron supplement and did well with that...so I started with 500mcg and well got greedy and upped to 2000mcg in small doses within a few hours. I’m feeling more energetic (not like strenuous activity level) cognitively clear, and able to do household chores without bending over to rest or catch my breath. I will continue taking this, splitting the doses through the day and aiming for 2000mcg daily for 1 month to see how I do. As long as I don’t relapse to my previous state I’m happy to spend this $ vs $55 for a cream that only makes me feel worse. Oh and the taste isn’t bad...I mean if it gives me my health back I’ll settle for any taste.

Best B12 of this type
I have genetic mutations that make it hard for me to absorb certain vitamins, including B12. Ive tried several different kinds and by far this one is my favourite. The pills are super small, the flavour is good without being chemically or like candy. They dissolve super fast too. I have to take a lot of supplements so this is a nice simple one to add to my pill case.

Just like sublingual folate
These small pills dissolve easily under your tongue.

Very grateful for this product ...
This was prescribed by my Dr. for sleep issues, and it turns out it also helps with getting rid of "urgency to pee." Dr. didn't suggest the sublingual, but I knew I needed it due to the fact that digestion issues block this and other B vitamins. So if you have digestion issues (especially ulcer) or are older, absorption requires either a sublingual or a shot. This product should be taken with B12 (sublingual if needed) for best results (so says my Dr who showed me a chart about Folate and B12 working together). Oh, and I read that if you have a deficiency, it takes 4 months to fully restore it in the system. The one problem is then finding out how often to take this and B12, because I learned the hard way years ago that it is NOT true that one cannot overdose on B12 & Folate. In fact, all the same symptoms return if you take it for too long . And that is what happened to me. After a year of taking it,, when the symptoms returned, I stopped it and the next day all the symptoms left again. So far no doctors (nor online searching) has been able to answer that question of how much to take after 4 months. Perhaps after 4 months taking the RDA levels will sustain it.

Terrible taste
I ordered these because the other chewable methylfolate tablets I usually buy were out of stock. These taste terrible. My 5 yr old has to take this due to medication she is on and she requested to swallow pills instead because these tasted so bad. I tried them myself and they are bad. They are tiny and do dissolve quickly, so if that is what you are looking for, and can handle the taste, then these would be a good option.
