I needed a bag as I’m running an ultra in March so wanted to get used to wearing one. This fits really well as the straps are adjustable, a nice amount of room and the side pockets are handy for small snacks, tissues etc.

I enjoy taking long walks through the countryside most days and, depending on the weather, I like to take a waterproof, map, drink etc with me. My old knapsack had worn out from long use and I've been searching for a replacement for a while but most knapsacks/backpacks on the market were too big or heavy.I purchased this one a few weeks ago so I've had chance to 'test drive' it and I'm very pleased. It carries everything that I need without being heavy. It also fits comfortably and the yellow colour means that I am easily visible when I have to walk on the road.An excellent product and I will buy these as presents for my walker friends.

I'm 5ft 2, size 10 on top and run 2x 5ks a week. The bag size and capacity is great, I like all the pockets. However, I've shortened the straps as much as possible and I'd say it's still a tad big for me. Can rub at my neck sometimes as can't secure straps tightly enough, think I might try adding a bit more weight. I can carry a change of clothes, water bottle and a few work bits. Not tried adding a water bladder and tube as never run long distances. It's maybe water resistant but not water proof.

This is a very practical little rucksack that holds plenty needed for a day’s walking. It will hold a small flask, bottle of water, snacks and waterproofs plus. The small pockets on the waist straps are perfect for a phone and other small essentials.

Love this little back pack and was surprised how much I could fit on it. Very comfortable.

This was a present for my daughter and she was pleased with it. It seemed to have everything she wanted for running with it.

Great little backpack, I have used it a couple of weeks now both on / off road on my MTB, just right size for extra spare inner tube if your underseat mini box thing cant hold two, you can also but your hydro bottle, waterproof mac, arm warmers, phone, spectacles, wallet, mini pump if you dont have a frame mounted one. Bag of crisps and a banana, Its as described Lightweight, not meant for anything really heavy, but do you want to carry anything really heavy on your back while riding anyway? I got the yellow one for the high viz element and i twas a bit cheaper than all the others. There are some secure side pockets on the bottom waste straps to put your keys in safely when you lock up. I can easily see this being really useful for like moped or scooter commuters both for the high viz and waterproof aspect, just what i personally needed, well pleased.

It is light weight however the front opening is a little small if the front zip opened to the length of the bag that would be better but apart from that it's excellent.

Compact and very sporty love it

I love this. It’s not big and it’s really light but holds a lot. I use it when I bike to/from work and it holds my wallet, keys, lock, extra battery and charger, lunch, and sometimes spare clothes. And my garage door opener!

This backpack was exactly what I was looking for:Something lightweight, with a medium amount of storage, that would not bounce around when running. It checks all the boxes.I use it to run with my dog to the dog park. I keep an extra pair of shoes and a waterbottle in the main pouch, and then a baggie of dog treats in one of the side pockets, and doggy waste bags in the other.It will also be a nice backpack for the state fair since it's very low profile and lightweight.

Bought this a few months ago, and have used it frequently ever since. It's light, comfortable and sits quite good on your back, with straps and different pockets; smart solutions. However, the main zipper is weak, and prone to break, especially at the lower end. If you tend to put lots of stuff in, like I do, I don't recommend it. If you don't, then go ahead and use it, when walking, running or biking.
