HOBOT LEGEE-668 Vacuum-Mop 4 in 1 Robot for Floor, Automatic Robot for Wet or Dry Floor Cleaning

I have been using this products about an year. I am only using this products for one master bedroom. Now this wheel stopped working because of hairs. One side of wheel suddenly stopped moving and i figured out there are hair were stocked deep inside of wheel parts. This is cleaning machine and people invest their money for not doing that work. It suppose to suck all the hairs not slowing jamming into the wheel gears. Don’t want to disassemble and fix it cuz i might break whole thing. I don’t know they have A/S available so I hope seller contacts me after this. Will update if they do so.

The legee 668 is certainly much cleaner in its mopping than drag mop robots. Its extra brushes and mop pad that comes with it is welcome since wear and tear will be high, my guess. If you have a robot vacuum that does pre clean, then the 668 will reach its full potential since it can only sucks up very light debris and hair.Algorithm is fair as it will navigate consistent in my room with table and chairs but you must make sure you place the charger in unobstructed without any chair in front for the next 2m or it will have issue walking around.The downside is the suction power is low and the plastic material used bumps will be loud for furniture legs or overhead board where is laser cannot detect.

I ordered the robot about a month ago and was very excited to have one more helper. But over time I understand I have one more baby instead. You have to watch the robot constantly or it will stuck under a chair or on its own base, it will miss spots because of randomly changed direction instead of going in parallel lanes. I have to vacuum corners after Hobot Legee done because it pushes all dirt pieces bigger then dust to there. I gave 2 stars just because it has really long working time so if you are ready to walk behind it for over an hour and control the robot with a remote it will clean all floor surface.

I feel there's scope for improvement in its navigation when using in an apartment type home with lots of 2-4 legged furniture. I expected it to exhibit some navigation smartness after a few uses, but it didn't - it keeps making same mistakes again & again, so it clearly doesn't maintain or build a map in its memory. But still decent enough product given the price, especially the wet mop feature.

My house has mainly wood flooring in it which made the mopping feature a good selling point. However, the unit had trouble climbing on area rugs and would get stuck in the process of transitioning from wood to a rug.

For the price paid it left already clean floors streaked with water marks. Useless!!

This machine is exactly what I've been looking for. I have tried robotic vacuum/mopping machines and have been very disappointed with mopping feature that only pushes water over floor. This one actually has a scrubbing action that cleans my floors spotless! It moves along quickly while completely cleaning my floors. This machine is made solely for mopping hard surface floors but if you want the best, this is the machine for you. It does one thing and does one thing perfect. Never been so satisfied with anything. Do not hesitate to purchase. You won't be disappointed. Also customer service is fantastic. Had a few questions and they took the time to answer all.

I love turning it on to run when I’m sleeping or running errands. Although it can be moved to a specific spot to start, it seems to get stuck more frequently. Definitely moisten the pads prior to using the mopping function, and be sure to move obstacles such as bar stools and throw rugs so it can do its job. I am always amazed at how much dirt it picks up. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs, so daily sweeping is a must. I doubt that any robot cleaning system is perfect, but the having the mopping and vacuuming option in one device is about the best it can be.
