Purchased mine in July of 2024. Absolutely 0 issues. Easy to use and cuts down on water bottle waste. Very durable, no leaks, tight seal on a 5 gallon jug. Battery life is ok but it is easy to charge. It looks a little funny at first, but this product is overall worth it and fantastic.

Very easy to install, no tools needed, Long-lasting battery, Fast and steady water flow, No dripping after use, Works great with large water bottles, Very helpful for kids and elderly people. This has been a very useful purchase. It makes serving water much easier and works perfectly. I highly recommend it and would definitely buy it again.

This is a great product to buy. It is nice to have something this simple and useful that works great!! It also has a 2year warranty if it happens to malfunction on you and the company is quick to respond and take care of the issue. The motor went out after 6months but the company sent a new one out within 2days and would honestly keep buying it if it goes out after 2years.

The pump came with two suction hoses (one longer than the other). Instructions were not really helpful but the assembly was pretty intuitive. Operation is a breeze, insert the suction hose into your supply, stick the pump over your bottle and press to turn on/off. My pump came with a "dent" in the molding (see pic) but that does not impact performance. The great thing is, this came with a 2 year(!) warranty. Time will tell if I need to use it and if they will honor it. (Update) I went on a week of camping, and the pump worked perfectly with my Aquatainer jug, and never had to be recharged. Flow (gpm) is slow, fine for filling a cup or washing you hands, but be prepared to wait if you have to fill a pot of water.

I ordered this pump on October of 2024 and used it for 2 or 3 camping trips. It worked beautifully! Then I took it on a trip in May. It worked for about an hour, then it just didn't respond at all. I recharged it, but it still didn't work. I took it home and played with it to see what was going on, and sometimes it works turn on if I pressed the power button enough times. Sometimes it wouldn't turn off, draining the container of water. So I would have rated it 1 star at that point. However, I added 2 stars for their CUSTOMER SERVICE. Here's why. When I contacted them on Amazon telling them what happened, I got a reply from them in a couple hours, asking if I'd like a replacement, and where to send it. Bottom line is, they sent a replacement and it arrived within 2 days of my initial complaint to them! I've tried the new one and it works well so far. Note that the new one has USB-C charging, which is fine with me. I'll update my review after I've used this one a few times. I just want to reiterate that the CUSTOMER SERVICE from this company has been PHENOMENAL!

Doesn't\nPump as fast as I thought it might, but it has a few features I like very much. It pumps far enough away from the four or five gallon containers so that you can the coffee pot or whatever on the floor and it hits it just fine. It also shuts itself off before it overflows my twelve cup coffee pot. And it\n Takes a type c USB recharge connector

This is a must for Camping, great use for water, the battery life lasts a long time , very durable, easy to clean. We just love this product, fits perfect on a big 5 gallon bottle ~ easy to use this water dispenser

Updated review: I am updating my review as the seller reached out when I shared my previous review about the issues I experienced with this dispenser, and offered to replace them. I accepted the replacements, and after trying them out, I can say they work better than the first ones that I received. Even though they still don't pump the amount that is stated on one full charge, at least now both replacements charge well and have good enough flow. I can use my water, and I can manage with that given that most pumps that I've tried out there have failed within weeks or at most a couple of months. I can't speak about the durability of the replacements yet. So, time will tell how long they'll last me. The customer service is really good though; they sent out the replacements promptly and I received them within 2 days which is really fast for where I live. For the good customer service alone, I'd consider buying again from them in the future should I need to replace these pumps after 2 years. Previous review: I bought 2 of these and they aren't what they claim to be. One of them has really slow flow and doesn't charge. The other charges but doesn't last long as they say. It stops working after 5 gallons of pumping. I bought these because the reviews seem good but I don't know how this got so many good reviews. It's a hassle to return so I won't bother. But they are expensive and not worth the money. I hope to have some better luck in finding the right water dispenser. I've tried dozens of brands and various types now. So far, none last long or they don't recharge very well.

Very very useful product if ur getting 20l water cans.. I would definitely recommend this product.. A single charge can be used for over a week. The water flow gets automatically stopped guess after a min, which is a good feature..
