I love these sunflower seeds. I use them in cooking more than anything. I love to add them to my salads and broccoli slaw especially. They're so healthy as well as delicious, giving you a little crunchy meaty taste in your mouth. I keep them in the freezer so they don't go rancid. Never no need to thaw them out either. One of my favorite healthy seeds.

Some nuts are over roasted. My first bag was all green, I now notice more brown seeds. The quality has not changed.

The seeds are crunchy and taste very good! They are not oily at all, unlike the other brands I have had. I would give them a 10 out of 10 rating, for sure.
