HydraCup 3.0-36oz Dual Shaker Bottle, Shaker Cup (Clear w/ OG Black Lid)

I wanted to wait a while (6 weeks) before posting a review on this product to make sure I utilized it enough. For reference, I was a BlenderBottle+ProStak user for a number of years. I ran into the same issues others did with the screw-on top either eventually leaking or cracking. I was mostly interested in the ProStak capabilities of the bottle rather than the bottle itself. I tend to mix supplements/powders throughout the day so being able to carry them around in ProStak containers was helpful especially because they screwed on to the bottom of my 16oz (22oz when filled to the top) bottle. That was also a complaint I had! The ProStak capable bottles are way too small for my liking (i.e. not enough ounces).Enter Hydra Cup!Pros:- 36oz capacity- 2 separate compartments (22oz + 14oz) that don't leak/mix allowing for different supplements being pre-mixed- No noisy BlenderBottle shaker ballCons:- My investment in ProStak containers! My Hydra Cup bottom seems to be the same dimensions as the ProStak tops... if my Hydra Cup only had the slots I could twist my ProStak containers onto! :)Concerns:- This is a concern not a con (and hopefully won't be), the 4 clips that clamp the lid onto the bottle are plastic and lacking a true hinge or something to pivot on. You can see the plastic changing color where it bends to clamp onto the bottle. If there was a slightly different design that allowed for a small steel rod (or equivalent) there would be no strain on the plastic and possible point of failure. Like I said, this isn't a problem but I could see it being an issue especially if someone is mixing multiple times a day as I am. We'll see.All in all, the best mixing bottle I've ever used and at an amazing price! I don't have any real complaints and I hopefully won't. Looking forward to what innovation comes next from Hydra Cup! Great product and recommended buy!

This product has been one of my favorite purchases in recent memory. I commute via public transportation a lot so I needed a shaker bottle that could store my pre-workout and whey protein but could also just be thrown into my gym bag without me worrying about leaks. I fill up each side of the bottle with the powders before I leave home for the day and then add water and mix when I'm leaving from work/school to go to the gym. Even after a few weeks of use, I still haven't had issues with powder OR liquid leaking. Dropped a full bottle once on the cement floor while walking and the thing held up like a champ. I actually ended up buying 2 more bottles so that I have some spares in case I don't have time for cleaning/drying/re-filling. As others have mentioned, I'm concerned that the snaps on the lid may end up wearing down over time and break (it's not really a hinge-type system but feels more like bending plastic into place). But, hopefully with a few of these bottles in rotation that will be a long way away - if it ever does happen. I thought about using one of those container-type bottles that holds powder in a compartment instead of this system but if I can avoid an extra item/piece to wash and worry about, that makes my life easier and I'm much happier because of it.

I love nearly everything about this shaker. The only downside is something impossible to improve. The bottle is Huge! Having pre-workout and post-workout shakes in one container is super convenient, but I did not account for how big the container would have to be. I use daily, and have had to get used to taking it with me.

This bottle is amazing! It’s super durable in all ways possible including the hinges. Your liquid does not mix with the opposite side no matter how hard you shake it. It really does keep your liquids separarte and the insulation on the lid makes sure of that. The space inside in amply enough to clean easily but if your hand is too big you can always just buy one of those dish brushes for a dollar to clean it out. Definitely recommend! Saves so much space in my gym bag and overall time in prepping my pre and post.

This is a product that I love. For me, I work out before work, so I stuff all I need into my gym bag. For this reason, this shaker bottle is amazing. I can preload my protein and BCAAS into both sides, and I am set for the day.Besides that, I have been using this for 5 or 6 months and have had no issues with stuff breaking. There are sometimes that liquid can transfer over into the opposite side, but only if you leave it laying on its side for an extended period of time. However I tend to keep the bottle straight up in a cup holder most often so no need to worry about that. Mixes well, and have no issue of liquids to transferring when blending your supplements.Use it in the dishwasher on the top rack all the time, and still holds up great.

I was super excited about this but it has its flaws. It was perfect size to hold my pre workout and post workout protein shake, so that’s cool.The design itself is flawed and becomes a nuisance. Because of the shape, it can be hard to clean, but that’s easy to work around. The “strainer” type piece that’s sits at the top of each shaker is difficult to get on/off without it falling in. The lid has too much going on as far as making sure it’s on right, and secure.I wanted this to be cool, but it was just easier to chug my pre-workout and out my post workout in its own shaker or cup.
