It’s not that warm...my tea cools before I’ve finished it. The biggest problem is that all the heat is concentrated in one spot, about an inch in diameter, located at 3:00 (if this were a clock, and the cord is attached at 12:00). This spot is so hot that it burns a patch on the bottom of a bowl of oatmeal or soup. Also, the glass surface doesn’t go all the way to the edge, so it’s not that easy to clean - there’s a little gap between the glass and the border, in which gunk accumulates, so you have to clean it with a toothpick. Finally, the lettering on the surface of the glass is deteriorating. The paint is smearing, but can’t just be wiped off. This has been a very frustrating purchase. I’m going to go back to using the old-fashioned kind of mug warmer, with heating coil. They’re ugly and hard to clean, but at least they keep your drinks really hot.

Excellent design and well executed BUT the on/off/temp switch does not respond when pressed. Unit turned itself on when not touched at all. Multiple presses needed to turn it off. When on it went from red to blue by itself and then turned off. Erratic behavior. Returning for replacement hoping this is the only one with a bad switch.

Great concept, but it’s got a VERY smooth surface so candles and coffee cups slide too easily. I had a catastrophe with a melted candle! We now leave it a bottle dirty to provide some friction.But it looks great and accommodates larger based cups, so we’re happy.

This warmer does not shut off after 4 hours. (I bought two of these) The glass top is so slick that if your counter or desk top isn't perfectly level your full cup of coffee will slide right off the warmer. I couldn't find a coffee cup that would stay warm on this warmer.

The coffee warmer is ok if you just want your beverage warm. I order 3 of them. All of them only keep beverages warm that is on high. We use 16 ounce cups. My other ones kept my coffee hot just like it came out of the pot and they were cheaper than these.

My daughter requested this item to keep her coffee warm and was happy to receive it xmas morning

It gets warm but not warm enough to keep coffee warm. I bought this to replace another brand that stopped working after 3 years but the other brand kept the coffee hot.

4 hr auto shutoff a blessing. Keeps coffee warm,glad to be able to lower temp as i finish coffee. Great product.
