Q: Can i use a differnt kind of steering wheel with 6 holes to hold on quick release, also would the screws on the quick releases mount on the steering w

The Quick Release accepts 6 hole steering wheels with a 70mm bolt pattern (MOMO, NRG, Sparco, OMP, Sabelt, etc) or 74mm bolt pattern (Nardi, Personal, etc). The quick release comes only with 6 screws for mounting the quick release to the hub adapter. Additional screws would be required to mount the steering wheel to the quick release which the type depends on the steering wheel options (most steering wheels have countersunk holes but models using a trim ring may have countersunk or flat holes which would mean either button head screws or countersunk screws would be required)

Q: Will this fit with a momo hub?

Yes it fits a momo hub perfectly unfortunately it makes the steering wheel sit a good 2inches closer to your chest which was awkwardly close for me and I ended up directly bolting on my momo wheel also you will have to cut your clock spring so bye bye horn unless you reroute the wires and run them either through a button or switch good luck

Q: What mm steering wheel does this quick release use?

Its universal since it's just the quick release but I will warn you it sticks out way farther than stock

Q: will this fit a datsun/nissan 280zx?

This fits the standard momo 6 bolt pattern. You'll want a momo (or compatible) conversion hub first. Search amazon - for a zx it's most likely part 3503-4. You can then bolt this quick release hub to that and you're set. Measure all the depths/thicknesses to make sure the steering wheel will fit where you want it.
