Denso O2 sensor
OEM part for an 06 Honda Accord. Worked once installed. Check engine light is now off. I did install it myself and saved on labor cost. There are videos on you tube that will help you. I did order the special socket which you will definitely need to remove n retighten the the threaded end. The other end snaps out and in. You can also rent the socket at your local automotive store. It’s crammed in there but is doable if you know how to use a socket and wrench and wiggle it in to lock in place. Otherwise hire a local mechanic you may know to save a little or pay the high labor price at a shop if that’s your last resort. Good luck and I hope this part lasts for another 170k miles.

Expensive, but this one worked when the cheaper Kwiksen didn't.
It worked, which is what you'd expect, but the first one I tried from Kwiksen did not. Same part number reference, but this is the OEM version and the Kwiksen is an aftermarket option. The Kwiksen was half the price, but at the end of the day it doesn't matter how cheap it is if it doesn't work. This Denso is pretty expensive for an O2 sensor, but it works so I guess it's a bit of you get what you pay for. Installation on a 2003 Honda Accord LX 2.4L was pretty easy (assuming you can get your old one out - mine came out OK). This includes anti-seize compound on the threads as well as a separate small tube - not sure why both, but it's good regardless. Too expensive for what it is, otherwise would be 5 stars.

DIY
This is a great product with the reasonable price. It fits perfectly with my 2003 Honda Accord EX Coupe. There is no longer engine light on. Penetrating oil, MAPP gas, a proper sensor socket, and a breaker bar are best friends when I replaced the sensor. Tips: Spray penetrating oil on the sensor in advance. Heat exhaust pipe neck (not the sensor) with MAPP and the hotter it is, the easier to loosen the sensor. Running the engine to warm it up is a great idea as well. Tighten the new O2 sensor as securely as possible until there is no smoke coming out from the exhaust pipe.

Great fit and works good.
My check engine was coming on randomly and intermittently so checked engine codes while light was on and showed up stream 02 sensor fault. Called local part stores and looked at amazon for good 02 sensors, found and ordered this one. Looks just like original 03 Honda Accord upstream air fuel ration sensor (O2 sensor). Not the cheapest sensor I could find but the cheapest for a good reputable brand. Installation was fairly easy, would have been even easier with 02 sensor socket, but just had to bend heat shield a little for wrench to fit on sensor. Engine light went off after 25 miles of driving, or could have reset with code reader. Works great and $40 cheaper than local parts stores.

Do it yourself and save money!
Got my first CEL on my 2004 Honda Accord (190,000 miles) and it ended up being P1157 which is an O2 sensor failure on the upstream side (bank 1, sensor 1). Mechanic quoted 250 for the fix, and I saw that it seemed straight forward online so I installed it myself. This is the OEM O2 sensor that Honda uses. It looked exactly the same and has the exact same length. The product includes anti-sieze lubricant which should be used on the thread when installing the new sensor. A low-profile O2 sensor socket should be used to avoid having to remove the head-shield around the sensor. The sensor is located before the catalytic converter on the exhaust pipe. It is covered in a heat-shield. A torque of around 33 ft-lbs should be used. After installing and resetting my ECU by removing the negative wire on the battery for 10 seconds, the check engine light went off and stayed off. (You don't have to reset the ECU, the check engline light will shut off automatically after a few driving sessions). Overall, saved about 150 dollar for about 15 minutes of work. If you do not feel comfortable doing it yourself, buy the part online and take it to a trustworthy mechanic. Most mechanics charge anywhere from 120-130 for the part alone so you'll save money doing that while also getting a better brand since most mechanics do not buy OEM and usually use cheaper sensors such as Bosch
