This thing is awesome! I couldn't fine a single flaw with it. You can find others with black blades, synthetic handles, etc... This is the class act of the machetes. Be the envy of your zombie hunting friends... It has a heavy stainless steel blade, full tang, very nice wooden handle. An absolute necessity for the zombie apocalypse...

this is one of the better machete i have owned, and i like it a lot. It has a good weight, and feel when chopping. The only things not good is the bad fitting wood handle,, and cheep sheath. Mine handle leaves the steel exposed, and it's kind of sharp eating into my hand some. For the money though it's a great addition to my collection, and I would carry it before many more expensive ones.

The handle has a comfortable grip, and the weight distribution makes it easy to swing without fatigue. It also came with a sheath for safe carrying. This machete is a fantastic investment. Tough, dependable, and ready for hard use — highly recommended.

I bought this machete without looking carefully. The “pommel” has a weird protrusion that is part of the tang, the protrusion itself is a squared-off piece. I’m not sure what its function is and I’ve never seen it on other machetes. It is not razor sharp but could cause a skin injury if you accidentally scrape across the pommel area. Look at the product photo and you’ll see what I’m talking about. I’m too lazy to return this, since it’s inexpensive, but I certainly wouldn’t buy it again if I knew about the pommel. Not recommended.

This looked like exactly what I was looking for for clearing small underbrush on my south florida property. On the first hit ever, on a nickle diameter branch of a software tree, the blade chipped and a half dollar sized chunk of the blade came flying at me. Looking at the inside of the blade it appeared to by die cast cheap metal. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK YOUR LIFE

Very sharp, nicely weighted toward the blade and good quality. I'm glad I believed the good reviews. Hard to believe it was made in China, where the dishes my mother guarded with her life were made.

It's a great blade with sharpness and weight. Fits in the hand finely. I'll recommend wearing some gloves, though. The tang of the machete protrudes slightly on the grip and digs into your palm when swinging.

Cuts well trough 1/2" press Wood, blade came out without any dent. I fully recommend !

I own numerous quality steel knives and added this as a cheap option for general camping tasks. Those that piss and moan about the quality please move out of your parents basement, grow up and at least purchase a decent blade before you cast any judgement. You aren't slaying dragons like you are hoping to so don't expect quality on this blade. It will do the job for those on a budget and should last many camping trips(as long as you are not a man child slashing a tree)

Good item and I like it. It is not a toy. It is real thing kiler. Good for camping and outer activities.

It's sharp but the blades really easy to bend when you're cutting

Used this product camping. It looks like it’s a full tang within the handle, but it’s not. Used the machete clearing brush on my camping trip, and had the ‘tang’ snap in half. Great for a wall hanger, but that’s about it.
