This is the single, greatest item I have ever bought from Amazon, and I've bought a lot from this site (wayyyy too much... seriously, this site makes it too easy to buy random stuff you don't need...). But this item has made the single, greatest impact on my life out of all of them. Background: I like to think I've lived a normal life, except for 1 thing: no matter how hard or thoroughly I wipe, I've never been able to fully wipe all the #2 from my bottom. I've tried thoroughly wiping for minutes, using wet wipes, going to the doctor to check my health and changing my diet to only include foods that would help make my poo right. No matter what I did, my stool would just never be satisfactory. Because of this issue, I'd have to walk around itchy for the rest of the day after a restroom visit until I could take a shower. Itching in public was awkward, but over time I accepted it as a way of life. Reason I tried Pro-Biotics: I was trying to find a diet to lose some weight, and my brother suggested that to reduce cravings, some random nutritionist said you should take a pro-biotic and fish oil. I didn't really think much of it, but I looked at the prices of each and just decided to do it for fun. I looked at ratings, and this one seemed to have the best reviews so I chose it. Right after I started taking this: I can't say this helped at all with cravings; I seem to still crave chocolate and other stuff that's not the greatest for me. However, after a couple days of taking this, I noticed my heartburn was being reduced. Before taking these it seemed like I had at least a little bit of heartburn, especially when I am about to goto sleep. Sometimes the heartburn would be unbearable, and I'd have to take a lot of TUMS to make it go away. But, after taking these pro-biotics it seemed that it was getting better, like I could eat anything and I wouldn't be nearly as effected by heartburn. Because of this, I decided to just keep taking these pro-biotics. It seemed to be helping my life, and it's one of the cheapest things I found that has helped with heartburn. After 2 weeks of taking this: This is when my life-altering events started happening. I noticed that when I wiped after going #2, there was nothing on the toilet paper. When it first happened, I was shocked. I decided to put some elbow grease in it and really shake the toilet paper vigorously to get whatever remains there were. I thought the paper made a mistake, but it was no mistake. Toilet paper doesn't lie, and it seemed that it was a clean. I didn't think much of the incident and just went on with my day. The next time I went to the bathroom, again, there was nothing there. After that time, I retraced my steps and wrote down everything I did, including what I ate, how much I exercised, and who I hung out with (Maybe they had good, stool vibes). In my mind, I still kind of thought it was a fluke, but I wanted to be sure. The same thing would happen for the next 4 days, and, after reviewing my notes, the only thing it could possibly have been was this pro-biotic. This pro-biotic has given me life again. I can now goto the bathroom and feel good about it. I can goto Chipotle or Jack in the Box and know that I won't be on the toilet for hours. I can now live my life how I want to. Now, because all good amazon reviews seem to have them, here's a pro-con section: Pro(-Biotic)s - Helps with Heart Burn - May help with craving other foods (Don't know this for sure, so don't quote me on this...) - May give you magical poops Cons - May give you a slight false sense of invincibility That con might surprise you, and you may be thinking "How will this not make me invincible?" Let me explain. This will not solve all of your bathroom troubles. Some foods may never go out as cleanly as they go in. I thought I would test the boundaries, so I ate some Buca di Beppo, but there are some things that not even God could handle. So, if you want the restroom effect that I've noticed, just try to stay away from foods you know you can handle. How I take this: I take this product twice a day, once in the morning, once in the evening. For me, I found that taking 2 at a time seems to help me the most. Summary: This product may change your life. I would highly recommend giving it a try and seeing if it has at least one positive impact on your life. They're extremely cheap for what they can help with, and if they don't work, it's only $10 out of your pocket. This review was done after 1 1/2 months of regularly using this item. Can’t say enough about this product. Made a huge difference for wife during chemo therapy. Helped regulate nausea and other digestion issues. Tried other brands and this is the one that did the trick. She stayed on it and has made her digestive system great. Highly Recommend

I spent weeks, yes weeks researching which new probiotic to buy. Basically, my normally flat stomach was suddenly bloating and I was alarmed. I really didn't want to continue paying so much for probiotics so went through tons and tons of product reviews trying to find a well priced, yet potent, probiotic. I was a bit apprehensive to purchase this probiotic because it didn't contain the strains that I read helped with bloating, and also those that ideally should be contained within a probiotic. Nevertheless due to their being so many reviews which were mostly positive, and doing a review search for "bloating" (which uncovered that many, but not all, did get rid of their bloating), I decided to give this a try. Heck it was 10 bucks and worth a try if it worked. I take only one of these a day, unless my stomach feels wonky, in which case I'll take two. This definitely helped with bloating. I wouldn't say my stomach went back to being 100% flat, but it's about 90% flat which is good enough. My only concern is that since I have started taking this, I feel like I'm almost dependent on it. Like when I don't take them, I feel like my digestion is off. I hate the idea of being dependent on something, but since it's helped with bloating, I'm not about to quit any time soon. Also, this has definitely helped with regularity. Next time, I think I'll go with the vegetarian version, but I will definitely be ordering again. One last thing - even though you don't technically need to refrigerate these, I do anyway. I've tried other more expensive probiotics, but I'm pleased with these because they're so much cheaper and are delivering.

I can say with 100% confidence this stuff works! I've been taking it on and off for years as needed. Anytime I've had ANY type of digestive issues, this is my 'go to'. I highly recommend this - especially with the 14 billion bacteria!
