The product was ultimate and water can heat within a 5 minutes, the emission road very impressive working.I was very attractive to warranty it's 2years they offer this is the killer deal. I give4.8/5 rating because this immersion road come out 1000 -1500 kw it good but when they people forget to cutoff power it has burning and or shock who knows children old people are they're, so my point is add auto-cut-off it's very help full thing about it kind .Thank you

I returned the product as soon as I received. The quality of plastic material is not good. Poor finishing. The shipping box seal was received as broken and black colour cap of the heater was separated. Even it was not fixing back. It seems that someones returned product was send to me.

The product is good but having 16 amp and am unable to use it since I have 5 amp socket in my house .product description was not mentioned that it's having 16 amp.The product was suppose to be sent outstation so last moment it was checked and came to know window is closed. WOULD BE HAPPY IT IS REPLACED WITH 5 AMPS
