This thing worked great to keep my cell phone charged up during a multi-day dirt bike trip. I already had a battery saver pigtail installed, so I only used the USB end.

Use it in my tour pack on my Harley Davidson and we use it to charge phones but with the plug is nice if you have a removable tour pack.
