Very convenient, tastes closes enough to a muffin, way better for you, good alternative snack
It really is a simple as adding water, mixing, and putting it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Which is awesome!It puffs up into a muffin shape in no time at all (and then kind of deflates a little as you bring it out of the microwave). I was expecting a soft or mushy center - but it had the same consistency throughout. It's a little more "sponge-y" than a normal muffin, if you use the amount of water in the instructions. If you use a little more, I've found it's more moist and more like the texture of an actual muffin.I had the blueberry flavor. It's not like having real blueberries - it doesn't have the juicy center of a real blueberry - BUT it does have a REAL blueberry flavor (or at least pretty darn close).I also had the Lemon Poppy Seed flavor - delicious!(Side note: My friend mixes the powder with water and eats the "batter" raw. I've never tried that, but he says it's good too).

Amazing Flavor
These are so good! They have a lot of new flavors. I haven’t tried the new flavors. The variety pack is my favorite. The heating process is a learning curve! It just depends if you want them gooey or like an actual muffin. It also depends on the heat of your microwave. Don’t over cook or they will be too dry! I use to not have a problem getting them and now I can hardly get the variety pack! Give them a try. High protein and you won’t be disappointed!

Gross taste/texture/smell!
I felt like it was a little pricey, but I was okay with that if I could get a good breakfast that was different from oatmeal! But my word this was gross!!!! I ate about half just to give it an honest chance. Sometimes things vary in flavor, especially when dealing with whey depending on how thoroughly mixed it was. I could take anymore after half. The texture was gross, the flavor was gross and the SMELL was gross.On top of all of that, $30 for this was a rip off! I don’t think I would suffer through this even if it was $15 a pack. How the heck did you guys create that awful smell?!?!

Tastes great and full of protein
These are one of my favorite protein muffins. I like to add a handful of fresh or frozen blueberries which takes it over the top! These are very filling too. I highly recommend.

Kids like them, nice alternative to eggs
My GF (non celiac) kids really like these. It is nice to have an easy, protein packed breakfast alternative to eggs on busy mornings. My 8 and 10 year olds can easily prepare these themselves to help me out. My 6 year old daughter with texture issues was not a huge fan, but my sons really like them! I do think they’re slightly overpriced, but not horribly so. Will buy again just for those very busy mornings.

These need a lot of work
These are supposed to be blueberry but have no blueberries in them. They also have a weird aftertaste from the stevia. So I have decided to add fresh blueberries to them. I also top these with sugar and cinnamon which makes them palatable. Will finish these but won’t buy again.

Quick, easy healthy snack without wheat or artificial sweeteners
I got these on Amazon prime day for $25 for the 12 pack. They are healthy, natural (use oat flour and stevia), quick and easy to prepare, and taste good (they don't taste like a full of butter and sugar muffin so don't expect direct similarities). With 20 g of protein and 5 g of fiber, it fills me up for a while and is good after a workout, for breakfast or midafternoon snack. Blueberry and cinnamon are my favorites but I also like lemon poppyseed and s'mores flavors.

Add salt = **chef’s kiss**
I eat these so often now. At first, though, I wasn’t a fan because they don’t have much flavor so I stirred in a bit of salt and that fixed the problem. Also, I microwave for 70 seconds instead of the recommended time, otherwise it comes out as gooey lava at the bottom of the cup. I wish they were the cheaper, but I still buy these for the convenience, taste, low-ish carbs, and high protein.
