Yellow cake batter
Hard to know if this is making a difference, I'm taking it to help preserve muscle while in calorie deficit. That said, it seems to be very effective as a bedtime snack for me. I add it to Greek yogurt with a scoop of glycine and it tastes like tart yellow cake batter.

This stuff works
This product is one of the few supplements I've tried that actually works. I've used it for years. It doesn't seem like it should work since it's just some form of processed egg yolk but it does. And yes, it isn't cheap, but I think the key ingredient is patented so they've sort of got a monopoly on it.

I think it works, too pricey, may be an alternative
I actually think I saw benefits from this. I was surprised. Had low expectations but saw improvements in body comp, lean mass, better workouts, etc. May buy again but looked for other options as it is insanely expensive. When looking for other options I found out that Trader Joes carries fertilized eggs. Supposedly all fertile eggs contain bioactive follistatin (active peptide here). Not sure if the processing in this product makes it more bioavailable or active but I am trying 2 fertile egg yolks a day for a while before purchasing again. Would recommend this product if you have the funds but wanted to share what I found in case it way help others save some money and get the same results.

Give it a try.
After the first couple of days I adjusted to the taste and now I crave it! Not sure just how much it helps. Should probably use as a post workout recovery. I wish it had more protein.

“3X”. We’ll see.
Easy to consume. It’s basically like eating dry cake mix. Pleasant flavor. Results are yet to be determined. I’ve been taking this daily for about 3 weeks and I haven’t noticed much, if any difference. It’s advertised at 3X more muscle. I will give it an honest chance. Probably will order another 30 days worth. Simply because it’s so easy to consume and I’m hoping for the 3X growth. We’ll see.
