Great silicone mat in large size for small price
I bought the large 36" x 24" mat to protect my island table from scratches when making pasta. This silicone mat is perfect - it really does not move when you're kneading and rolling dough. It provides a great workspace and the dough doesn't stick to the mat. Very happy with this purchase and grateful to find such a large size. The thickness is the good and there was no weird smell at all. It's durable and my dough blade works great on it. It makes clean-up super easy, and the price is fantastic!

Perfect for Baking – Highly Recommend!
The Non-slip Silicone Pastry Mat Extra Large is a game-changer in my kitchen! I use it for all my baking, and it has been amazing. The non-slip surface ensures that it stays in place while I roll out dough, and the extra-large size gives me plenty of room to work. It's easy to clean, and the silicone material is durable, with no wear or tear after multiple uses. Plus, the measurements on the mat make it super easy to get precise dough sizes. If you bake a lot, this mat is a must-have—definitely a five-star addition to any kitchen!

I used this for everything. I LOVE IT!!! Reviewed after 2 1/2 years of use.
I'm offering a review now as I just put it away after drying it and kept thinking just how much I love it. I use this for literally everything and wanted to share that with y'all. If you're on the fence... you won't regret this. From red hot hard candy syrup to bread dough this mat can handle it all. Whatever you need it for... it'll work. I even accidentally put a couple of slices in the mat with a knife. I was cutting vanilla beans and I cut the mat right through it. For a few days I noticed the cuts and worried they'd be an issue. After a few weeks however, I never noticed them again. IDK where they are. The mat holds up y'all.THE BEST PART: CLEANING!! Fill the sink with soapy hot water and throw this in like a towel. No joke. Treat it as tho you were washing a towel by hand. The mat moves and fold that easily without resistance or creasing. You can rinse much the same way or by folding the mat and running it under the water. I hang mine up to dry as it's easier. While I love this it might be an issue with someone else so I'll add this. The mat will pick up and hold anything. In other words if there is salt or sugar on the table and I lay the mat on it... the mat will be covered in salt or sugar. You can't really run a dry towel over the mat to dry it as the towel fibers will stick to the mat. So a damp towel would work but give it time to dry. In a hurry to dry it I've used power towels and just pat the mat dry. Everything sticks to the mat. I love it so much. lol When I kneed my dough I cover the mat with a super light dusting of flour and boom it's smooth as a counter. The mat is NON SLIP EVERYTHING! I use it sometimes when dealing with mixing bowls that won't sit still as I mix. When it's dry, I roll the mat up and put it away. For about a year tho I FOLDED THE MAT and stored it that way. No creases at all. It never creased. You're gonna love this mat. I do. I have a small house so I use my counter space for a LOT of things. This covers most of that small area and gives me a clean space to work.

Saves time and works well.
Very nice pastry mat. Large size gives you lots of room to work dough. Saves repeated washng of the countertop. It also sticks nice curly to the counter so it does not move when kneading dough.

A Baker's Dream: Large, Versatile Silicone Mat with Minor Quirks
As an avid home baker, I was excited to try out this extra-large silicone pastry mat. After several weeks of use, I can confidently say it has both impressive strengths and a few notable drawbacks.Pros:+ Size and Versatility: The 28" x 20" dimensions provide ample workspace for various baking projects, from pie crusts to large batches of cookies.+ Non-slip Performance: True to its claim, the mat grips countertops exceptionally well, preventing frustrating slips during kneading or rolling.+ Helpful Measurements: The printed measurement guides, including circles for pie crusts, are invaluable for achieving consistent results.+ Easy Cleanup: Flour and dough remnants wipe off easily, saving time and reducing kitchen mess.+ Durability: The mat feels thick and sturdy, suggesting it will withstand frequent use.+ Storage Convenience: It rolls up neatly for compact storage, complete with an included elastic band.Cons:- Stickiness Issues: Despite being advertised as non-stick, some doughs (particularly wetter ones) can adhere to the surface. A light dusting of flour is often necessary.- Cleaning Challenges: While easy to wipe down, its large size can make thorough cleaning in a standard sink somewhat cumbersome.- Texture Transfer: The mat's subtle texture can imprint on softer doughs or fondant, which may be undesirable for some bakers.- Readability: The measurement markings, while useful, can be difficult to read on darker countertops or when covered in flour. My Experience:I've found this mat to be a game-changer for my weekly bread-making ritual. The large surface area allows me to work with bigger batches, and the non-slip feature has eliminated the frustration of chasing a moving work surface. Rolling out pie crusts has become more precise thanks to the circular guides. However, I did encounter some sticking issues when working with particularly wet doughs. A light flour dusting solved this problem, but it's worth noting that the mat isn't completely non-stick as advertised.Cleaning the mat can be a bit awkward due to its size, but I've found that wiping it down on the counter and then hanging it to dry works well. The ability to roll it up for storage is a huge plus in my small kitchen.Overall, while not perfect, this silicone pastry mat has become an indispensable tool in my baking arsenal. Its benefits far outweigh its minor drawbacks, making it a worthy investment for both novice and experienced bakers alike.

Need to have
This is the greatest for rolling pizza, cookies, and breads out. It’s a very sturdy mat and the backing grips on your counter to stay in place. And very easy to clean. I don’t know why I didn’t get it sooner.
