This works great to help you fall asleep but after taking these Gummies, it takes about 30 minutes to work but after taking these as directions says always get in bed they will work better and faster to make you sleepy, if you stay up after taking the recommend quantity, this doesn't work as good to make you sleepy if you stay up waiting to get sleepy!
