Is this light fixture mountable?

Yes. Zoo Med makes a pair of mounting brackets. I could only find it on their website. LF-T5B – Mounting Brackets for T5HO Fixtures.

Can this be zip tied to the underside of a screen cover on a terrarium? I would rather the screen not block any of the uvb!

I think it could be zip tied, I used velcro to hang them up in my nedosha plastic cages. I get about 3.2 to 3.5 at 12" on my uv meter out of a 5.0 t5 HO reptisun bulb. I also have some of these lights on top of screen reptibreeze cages and get nearly the same readings 3.0 to 3.4 at approximately 12 inches.

Can this fixture sit on top of screen lid? Instead of being placed inside of the habitat!

So this fixture is actually intended for just that purpose. Doesnt have any premanufactured way to hang it inside or be suspended above a cage so right on the screen top is where it's intended to sit.
