Great Seal; Horrible Instructions
The media could not be loaded. This install was on a 2021 Ford F-150 5.5"This seal kit is not the Ultimate, given the truck's tailgate design, but I did get it installed pretty quickly (after developing a plan of attack, in spite of the "suggestions" in the instructions) and with no light leaks.This is a great set of two seal sizes: 1) Smaller diameter piece for the lower tailgate seal 2) Larger diameter for the sides. Comes with 6 alcohol pads but I used a bottle of alcohol and a micro cloth. THe adhesive is premium and there was sufficient material included, with 8" left over.The instructions however were horribly written. It took longer to read the instructions (good luck) than it did to install. Look them over while looking at your tailgate and they make a little more sense. Consider them suggestions and guidelines. My installation used similar placement but with different lengths and additional pieces.I've included pictures of my installation which required an adaption of the OEM directions. I hope it helps someone with their 2021 F-150 install. The long piece that seals the lower edge of the bed, I installed bulb side towards the ground, and the flat tape portion went just below and butted up against the bed's lip, which runs the width of the bed (could not get a good pic due to location). Your mileage may vary.I was pleased with the seal materials/ shapes/ sizes but wouldn't call this the "Ultimate". I would however buy it again and recommend it to my more "handy" friends.NOTE: One star off for horrible instructions that consumed my time and might as well have been by non-English speakers. Poor instructions and illustrations required a huge amount of time to make any sense of, and could be vastly better, had a Technical Writer been involved. You do, however, need to read them.UPDATE: JAN 2024: Months and many inches of rain later and the seal and installation have worked great with no visible leakage anywhere on the tailgate. I would recommend this product if you are a handy kind of guy/ gal.

Well made product. Make sure you double check the fit and location prior to permanently sticking the pieces on.

Good product. But the instruction is a bit confusing even it come with a color pictures.

Almost perfect
Easy install. Almost perfect, redices greatly the water entry to the cargo area. Will recommend. Bought for my 2024 F150 STX.

Adhesive doesn't stick!
Sending it back, because the adhesive won't stick. Used the alcohol pads, even used a roller to put lots of pressure on it. Just fell off. Ironically, the cheaper chinese bed sealers replacing this adhered very well, as well as contained more material.
