Will this make my hair grow faster? I took a bet and had to shave my head Im 15 and have my bros wedding soon will this grow it back faster??

this will increase your hair growth after a length of time using the product but it wont work wonders if your head is completely shaved

Is this applied to wet or dry hair

Hair doesn't need to be completely dry, but the lotion is pretty liquid and I suspect that wet hair will prevent the scalp absorbing it. I usually dry the hair with a towel before the application and follow the instructions.
