It works
Instant relief - After suffering from tennis elbow for a long time I was delighted to find the FlexBar actually works. I kept up the exercises until it felt better. Now at the slightest sign of it returning I go back to the exercises and it keeps it at bay.

Helped me but recovery was slow
I got tennis elbow nearly 3 months ago, the only thing I could put it down to was hassle with my wayward hair! Repeatedly twisting hair into a bun most days and the day before injury I had been reaching over sink awkwardly to colour my hair.Since then slow recovery as follows - firstly resting (including getting my husband to put hair in ponytail!), icing and then bought the red flexbar. I had a lot of pain and could hardly use it at first - started with 5 twists daily and slowly used it more now on 15x3 daily. I started doing it with bent arms and am now able to use it with straight arms with little pain. It HAS helped BUT unlike a lot of people it has taken me nearly 3 months to get a slow improvement. My advice is go slowly if in pain and persevere as I do think it helps over time.
