I received this 60 cm pond waterfall kit manufactured from acrylic, which I intend to install with a number of other water features in our revamped pond. I received a similar product from the same manufacturer manufactured from steel and I think that this item is more suited to a swimming pool and I fear the clear perspex lid will encourage algae growth in the sun, whereas it shouldnt with treated swimming pool water.Priced at £69.99 as at 5th March 2024, i think that this item will function perfectly well, as whilst it is manufactured from acrylic, with much of the structure hidden in a wall or similar, the fabric will not be unduly effected by the elements over time.The kit comes complete with all of the fixtures to accommodate water input from the bottom or the rear of the feature and has a "bung" supplied to block the one not being used; even down to supplying a roll of PTFE plumbers tape to seal the joints.. I particularly liked the removable lid which provides access into the unit to install an optional light array on the supplied clips. The manufacturer can supply a range of add on accessories including lights, transformer and additional connectors.I cannot provide pictures of the unit installed as it is too wet to undertake this project at present, but I hope to once I can commence the next stage of my pool revamp.

The fittings that came with the system were not fit for purpose they are not barb typeHowever the issue was resolved by the vendor. Very quick responses to any issues I had. The fitting is stated on Amazon as being a 1.2" but the outlet for the pipework is something like a flat (non barbed) 40mm connection.overall Happy now with the purchase after the customer resolved any issues I had with the fittings

The waterfall is very well made. You do need to be aware this is for the waterfall piece only, it does not include the lights, hose or pump - but the ad states that so this is what was expected.I’m looking forward to the warmer, dryer weather so I can test this out.
