This review has been edited.Initially, we were quite disappointed because as soon as we opened the box we noticed a bunch of defects. Dents, scratches, and broken screen.We contacted the seller who offered us a few options, including shipping it back and getting a full refund, replacing parts of the order, or offering a partial refund to compensate for the damaged parts.We reached an agreement and we are quite happy with the overall experience. Product and seller recommended.

Awful product. Leave it in the sun for 2 days and let a cat chill in there and you'll see. The whole thing has fallen apart. My cat is scared to get on the platforms because the enclosed one fell apart while he was napping. Company lied about ability to send replacement parts for pieces that were broken in the box that was undamaged. Now they're offering me 30 dollars for this heap of trash on my back patio. What a joke. The wood splits very easily because its probably pieces made from poor plywood, and a bad paint job. The instructions I received weren't even to this product, I had to scour the Internet to find the right ones. Do not buy anything from the company, they are absolutely trash.

It's a nice big catio for the price. I only gave the four star review because it comes in many pieces and it took me a long time to put together. Also, the wood and the screws are very cheap and soft. I secured everything with zip ties just to be on the safe side. I also used a clear coat spray paint on the whole thing.

OK SO this catio is amazing, I put together myself in a handful of hours. Cats love it and it well made.

Great to have for my cat so she can get some fresh air and not be inside all the time! Looks great! When I opened the box I noticed a pine smell, so it’s pine wood. But the pieces are thin and laminate. So when putting together things crack (make sure to do pilot holes where they do not) and the whole thing shakes when she jumps around now that she’s not a kitten anymore. So overall NOT the most sturdy, and safety is questionable. I was annoyed to discover the wood was laminate and thin given the price so it could definitely be cheaper and I’m sure you could build one on your own cheaper for a more durable enclosure. Very easy to assemble though, took me one weekend.

This was easy to assemble but definitely need 2 people to assemble it. Much bigger than i expected. The roof is very good quality.First off, fiberglass particles ALL over the wood straight out of the packaging. Also the wood it’s made with is SO fragile, not sturdy at all. 2 shelves have broken because they are so thin and the wood is so lightweight. I’ve had to make and replace some of them at home. The little “hiding spot” boxes are so fragile, both have broken in. the wood is so thin. My cat is not big, he’s a “regular” sized cat.However, i love the little sliding door on the bottom. With some intense cleaning, building of new shelves, and a cat door attached to a window of our home, our cats are obsessed!

This product arrived earlier than promised. Went together fairly easily, although the instructions were a little hard to interpret the drawings at times. Both my cats have space to lay and enjoy the outdoors while staying safe. It appears to be pretty secure and structurely sound. I did not use the rain shade as it took away the ability for them to lay out in the sun and it had an awful smell to it.

A complete disaster. Flimsy, no way would this hold cats, even if the parts did fit together - which they do not. Directions sparse and unclear. I ordered it in the fall, with plans to open the box in the spring - which I did - but this is past the refund period. It is a terrible product on all counts. Do not order!
