It's perfect for a makeup base. If you often put makeup on your face and want it to stick to your face throughout the day then do give it a try. Remember to apply small amount not too much. It really helps to ease out the pores and smoother finish.

Good for dry skin. Not for oily ones.
Elf cosmetics have always been of quality. I have used previously the green primer of elf and would go back to that again.This one is good but my skin is oily and it makes it more oily. Not to be used during summers. Good for those with dry skin though.
