Q: Is this real dermaplaning or just a face shaver like a tinkle shaver?

Its a dermaplaner but it will also remove hair while you do the Dermaplaning.

Q: Do you use a shaving gel/cream of some sort with this? Or just do it with a dry face?

Either way. They do suggest you use a gel, oil or lotion. I've done it both ways..not much of a difference, to me. Common sense tells me the blade will last a bit longer if you do it on a dry face. IMO

Q: How many face razors and how many eyebrow razors?

There are 9 razors. They can be used for face or eyebrows, either one.

Q: Can we use it on underarm?

Don't know - never tried it. I would be very careful to try this, underarm hair can be thicker than facial, and you might be more likely to cut yourself in this area.
