Q: What size spindle (bottom bracket) does this require?

It does not matter about your bike or frame. It’s all about the crank that determines the spindle length. And as usual, another seller that doesn’t post such critical information for the buyer. The last 2 know what they are talking about. They went with 113mm spindle. So this crank takes a 113mm spindle to work properly on ANY BIKE for proper drive line.

Yes, that is correct. I paired this crank with a Shimano BB-UN55 73x113 for my old-school mountain bike.

Q: what brand of crank will work with sram s 600 need to replace left side,shimano?

Because of the 45 degree difference in the square taper mount in respect to the crank, it is not compatible with Shimano.

Q: Will this work with a 10 speed rear cassette?

Not sure. I don't see why it wouldn't.
