This company is good to work with if issues. Also their reports are the most intuitive and helpful. I鈥檝e used 4 other services before landing on brickhouse. And now they have a unit that is affordable with a long battery life.

Absolutely love! I track my son who has schizophrenia and bipolar and it gives me such peace of mind! Only thing is it takes a while to charge so I bought a second one to be able to switch them! My first one did fall off but we had a big snowstorm! You do need a subscription!!!

Great product
I brought this product for when my daughter drives and I must say I'm VERY pleased with this product. It provides accurate location information and I don't have to worry about not knowing where my daughter is at anymore! Today I was assisted by Czarmaine who provided excellent customer service and responded quickly. Everyone should have this for themselves or love ones馃憤馃徑

Great customer service
I bought a gps tracking system from Brickhouse. This is the second gps device I have bought. The first was another company which wasn鈥檛 reliable. The gps device came off. I called customer service and spoke to Mervin who was great! He ordered another device and had it shipped immediately. Additionally he had the device automatically hooked up to my plan so no hassle with disconnecting one and switching it to the new one. All done within 10 minutes. Great job.
