One of the best ever I got

I’ve been taking these for a while now and really notice a difference in my energy levels and nail health. It seems a good balance of vitamins with the added omega 3 capsule. I don’t have any problem taking them and easy swallowed with a glass of water. I don’t want to jinx myself but I’m also a lot healthier since taking these and not picking up every bug that’s doing the rounds!

Good vitamins, but not as impactful as some others used in the past

Purchased 3 month's supply for our granddaughter who feeling down and frazzled with 3 very lively children all into multi extra curricular activities. She is now feeling better and coping really well so have now got her another 6 month's supply

Really good and builds you up more

It’s hard to assess multivitamins as their benefits alongside a healthy diet are difficult to measure. They certainly seem like a good tablet as well as the fish oil tablet. However…what on earth are they colouring these tablets with? Urine looks like sunny delight. It’s almost fluorescent. For that reason alone I will never buy again.

Superb. Easy to take in the morning due to there small size. I’ve ordered for a good few months now and they don’t have any taste
