I’ve had this extension lead a short amount of time but from the moment I took it out the box I could tell it was of quality construction. It is very well put together. The switches offer a satisfying click when you toggle them and there is no flex or twist in the plastic. I really like the individual switches to toggle the supply to any attached devices and in this day and age the USB ports are a must.I find that my phone charges faster with the ports on this lead than it did with the power adapter if came supplied with! Also, the little sticky template you can use to provide you with locations to drill holes for a wall mounted solution is amazingly useful.If I had to point out a few niggles it is this, for my usage the power lead that comes out the extension board is on the wrong side. I also don’t like the fact that if I were to hang this on the wall the other way the branding would be written upside-down but the other way would mean the USB labels are written upside-down.Overall a very well-constructed product. I am glad I got it, even though it was a tad expensive.Pros+ Well constructed+ Plenty of sockets+ Individually switched.+ Longish power lead+ Fast charging USB ports+ Sticky template included makes it easy to wall mount.Cons- Expensive- No matter which way you hang it, some writing on the product will be the wrong way up

Awesome great quality! Well but and do the Job well! Used in a recording studio, we purchased 8 of them for quick setups.

I use this in my kitchen as I have lots of appliances that I want to keep plugged in but not all switched on at the same time, this works perfectly as each socket is individually controlled and blue lights which make it easy to see which socket is on. Has a surge protector - which has been triggered a few times. Would recommend and buy again if required.

Once you decide to stretch your budget and purchase any of their quality products, you will not be disappointed. Their product hallmarks are stylish, durable, quality assured and safety compliant. Apart from the individual switches for each plug socket, this model has four very useful integrated USB ports that you can use to recharge your mobile or any other USB device instead of using a plug. There is also a feeling of wellbeing when you know you have surge protection against overloading the current. They are easy to affix to the wall by using the guide included in the package. I have been so impressed with their products, I have purchased the 6-way and 4-way versions and await the 3-way and 8-way extension leads, all for different parts of the home and office. They have certainly raised my expectations when purchasing electrical accessories. Again, they are not cheap but this becomes secondary when you know you have bought into quality. No regrets!

Not had mine more than a week but it seems OK. Build quality seems good and the USB sockets work fine.The switches light up to show what's on and off which is fancy. Everything works so far. I actually bought it because I needed switches on each socket and the cable wire was on the correct side for where I need to put it.Only gripes: It's a bit pricey but if it's still working in 10 years it'll be OK. Second, and I don't know who designed this, when you mount it on a wall with all the sockets the 'usual' way up the logo is written upside down. No deal-breaker... just surprised no one noticed. Would I buy another? Yeah, probably.

This review is for the blue and white version of the Bestek 6 plug in line surge protector, which is no longer offered, but is presumably the same as the present one available. It is a good quality extension lead with individual switching for each lead (which is what I required), other than the additional 2 USB ports which do have little protective dust covers.I have the small matching Bestek tower, purchased around a year ago, which I use for PC and peripherals on my desk, and it's equally reliable. I'm no electrician, but the kit is sturdy, gives the impression of good quality, doesn't overheat and has caused me no problems so far. I can recommend them, though I do feel they are perhaps a little overpriced. Having said that, if they last the decade that my previous surge protector did, then it will have been money well spent.

This product is a great piece of work! There are out there many other power extention with surge protection for cheaper price, but considering the type of feature needed and the kind of devices to plug into, I wanted to have an extra peace of mind and decided to go for this one, and it was definitively worth it.The product is solid and has great manufacturing quality, you can feel it at first touch (it is also slightly heavier than others of the same category). Each socket has its own lighting switcher that has good building quality too (no ghoasting touch). It comes with 4 USBs ports, always on and protected by a rubber cover, and a lace for cable management attached to the power cable itself.On the top, beside the sockets' and USBs' hub, are located the leds showing the surge protection status, while on the base there are rubber pads to keep the station steady, at the edge of it are located 2 holes for wall mounting (brackets are not included).I am really impressed by the kind of quality put into this product, definitively recommended!

Gets the job done. Build quality looks sturdy. The cable is thick and well protected. Very convenient as there are individually switches, which light up when switched on. 6 sockets to meet all your demands. Reasonably priced, though could be priced lower as price close to the very popular belkin brand
