I love this scent!I like quite unusual,natural scents normally-anything that smells a little 'outdoors-ey'-if that makes sense?This is perfect.It smells like hot,raw earth and rain and greenery,with a bit of something else I can't put my finger on- slightly sweet and spicy and a little bit smoky,like burnt pine and benzoin?Whatever-it smels yummy.I got a compliment within an hour of first wearing it,and they said it smelled of vanilla and spicy mint and 'something 'mmmmm'?!Totally different to what I smell...well,ok then!If you get headaches from perfume,it's also A*,as supposedly you can't smell it on your own skin,but others can.I can smell it on my skin,but maybe that's a minority thing?Either way,it's subtle,light and fresh and doesn't invade and 'Perfume Punch' like certain heavy-scented,super sweet perfumes do,but really lasts on your skin.Also-I recieved my order in just over 24hrs-fantastic service,especially as I live in the sticks,and it was beautifully wrapped too,so I will certainly be a regular customer!I found this as I was looking for something a bit unusual that wasn't 'in your face',and didn't make my head feel like a troupe of dancers had dropped in to dance on my brain-and this works on every count!

I love this British perfume ,it has gone up a little ,I bought a big bottle awhile back but I wanted a small bottle to take on holiday 30ml .I first bought it in Dublin for €80 100ml . I see the large bottles are more expensive now ! As everything is going up ! But I love the smell and always get complements .some people wear it with other perfumes that's is sad 😔 if you can't smell it yourself it means it's a good perfume don't need a lot and it lasts on your clothes for ages .

Bought as a gift and the recipient opened it this week. A perfume this person wears regularly. Bought from John Lewis normally.Unfortunately this perfume has absolutely no smell. Such a shame we have only just opened it this week and come to the realisation that it is such poor quality, when the returns window has closed.

What some people don't seem to understand is that this is not a fragrance in the traditional sense. It's more of a fragrant enhancer of your body's natural scent. Simply put, if your body chemistry is not up to par, this product will do nothing for you. Also, if you use too much soap and bodywash, it won't have much to work with. Due to natural odor fatigue, you will notice this particular scent much less on your own body than other products. It doesn't mean other people won't. Essentially, this is a very delicate scent which toes the line between wearing a fragrance and wearing nothing at all. It works wonders for some, does nothing for others. It is also subjective to the recipient; women who prefer a man to smell discreetly pleasant and old fashined will love it, those who are used to the Middle Eastern oud approach might not even notice it.

I had a spray of my friends ea de Toilette. It smells beautiful on her.i sent mine back as I couldn't smell it on me not at all I know everyone's skin reacts differently. Mine just didn't react at all. I'm so disappointed as it is a beautiful, & I mean Beautiful. Smelling Scent

I love this perfume, I am one of those who don't like perfume that will be in your face like strong or really strong. I don't like to smell perf much so this is my companion. I smelt it on a lady on a bus and i couldn't resist the temptation to ask her what she was wearing and luckily for me she told me cos not everybody will tell. I got one straight away and i've loved it since then and have been using it. I just recently bought the limited edition which seems to be even more aromatic, i think i will buy one more before it disappears but yea i will definitely recommend this product if you like perfs but don't like it in your face. Let others smell me nice, that is what matters to me. Oh God, and guys can't stop saying to me, hmmm, you smell so nice. I love it when they say that you see, as a lady.

I just love love love this scent which goes on the skin and lingers for such a long time. The scent is subtle and sophisticated and leaves you feeling ever so glam 🤩
