on advertisement its says 24 hrs backup but not the device. Alarm system is broken and strange noise during alarm. It did arrive with broken package.

Very impressive product, Indicating water level in real time and installation was very easy anybody can do it.

Product is too good in afordable proice with easy installation process. Just cut the wire and extend as your need. I like the product.

I had ordered the product around November, but because of different festivals i installed it around December. For the first time, it grows problems. When contacted the support team, they were having all time availability and helped out of their way 24x7. They replaced the product with another one which i was able to install in January finally. I have been able to use the product smoothly so far and hope it works for next couple of years.The replacement did cost me some bucks as I needed to send the product at my own cost, if that can be done like other products online replacement would be great.OVERALL ITS A GREAT PRODUCT AND ONE OF THE MUST HAVES.Thanks
