Been using this for years in place of the big bulky alternative! Works terrific easy to swallow. Definitely notice a difference.

Used several bottles before and they do work. Don’t expect immediate results. It usually starts working after about 1/2 bottle.

Seems to work rather well especially when I use it along with an Nsaid.

I have bad knees and taking this daily makes it easier for me to get around. Out for a week, at one time, my knees were so bad I could hardly walk. Works great
