Easy to install
My 12 year old liftmaster 1/3 HP garage door opener started not responding to the remote or keypad to close and then later open or close. The hard wired switch worked fine. After research it appeared the circuit board was failing. I ordered the replacement board which arrived 4 days early and installed it in 15 minutes. It is a very simple plug and play with minimal handyman experience needed. Works like new. Could not be more pleased. It saved me hundreds of dollars!

Save yourself some money
If i could give 100⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ i would. Had the same symptoms as others listed. When new, programmed keypads and remotes didnt work consistently i ordered this and installed it myself. Instructions are good and thrn there's always YOUTUBE University. I set new panel dials to where my old one was and put wires back. Old one from 2009, it had a great run. Life is Good!!!

Replaces the old 315's, despite what Liftmaster says
This was a direct drop in replacement for a 2011 vintage purple button 315 MHz 41A5021 receiver (despite what Liftmaster says about compatibility.) The panel hole spacing is very slightly narrower, but the screws still fit without modification. A sheet in the box even mentioned potential fit problems with my old part number and how to resolve it, so Liftmaster knows the board itself works. The old receiver has been dodgy for a decade, but finally stopped working completely about two months ago. The new board is working properly with two car remotes and an outside keypad, while the old one would only function with one at a time. My other Liftmaster has worked properly throughout with all three transmitters.

41A5021-9G-315 works!
My Liftmaster opener worked OK with the wired switch, but the remotes intermittently would not work while the light timer was on. This new control board (41A5021-9G-315) directly replaced my old 41A5021-4M-315 for my Liftmaster opener. Amazon and Liftmaster (and several other suppliers) all said this is not a replacement, but it is. The whole assembly is the same, the mounting screws align the same, the remotes all work OK. I took a chance and tried this board because the old board is no longer available, and I sure don't want to replace the whole opener which is what Liftmaster would like.

Fast shipping, easy install. Recommend
This circuit control board couldn’t have been any easier to remove and install. Remove 4 screws, unplug the old board. Plug in the new board and install the 4 screws. It came a week quicker than they said. Quality piece of electronics. I would recommend this product and would purchase from them again.

Fixed our issue!!
We have a lot of garage door openers: garage keypad, openers built into the vehicles, and a manual external opener to take with you. All of them except the wall hardwired one inside the garage intermittently stopped working and eventually completely stopped. We tried reprogramming them but nothing worked. We assumed it might be an issue with the transmission from the garage door opener itself since they all stopped so gave this a shot. It worked!! We had to reprogram the other openers, but that was to be expected. It was super simple to install just remember to unplug your garage door opener before messing with the wires.
