Q: How long will this last once open?

Hello JJ I think it would last between 2 - 4 week. If you worried about mayonnaise goes off quickly, it would be best to store mayonnaise in your refrigerator to keep it fresh, after once been opened. It would goes off quicker if you don’t store it in your refrigerator. I’ll always store mayonnaise and other sauces in my refrigerator after I’ll break the sealed jars and bottles.

Q: what is the sell by date please

I purchased mine in nov 19’ and it went out of date by Feb 2020. Me and my partner only managed to consume half the jar.
