This came on time and it works! I've only had it a few days and again, IT WORKS! There are other versions of this type that have other features (counters and adjustable tension) but they cost more. This is more affordable. Easy enough to incorporate into my daily activities and workout schedule. 10 to 20 reps / multiple times throughout the day adds up. Seems sturdy . Easily stored

I have a hard time doing some of the exercises at the gym. I thought this would be good for home use. It is ok. My daughter and I are different sizes. We both had trouble with this not sliding out from between our knees. I can hold it while doing the exercise. Plus side is we do feel the results. It is fairly compact and lightweight. I was able to throw it in my suitcase for a recent trip

This works like it should! it is medium sized and comes with a bag to put it in! The resistance can be changed to make it tougher or easier to use. Comes with workout tips to make sure your workout is effective. I will say it’s not the most comfortable/easy to use that’s why I gave 3/5 stars

This item its true to size. The comfort of it is so good you can rotate it 360 to get the comfort. You can use this product for many different exercises. I love this item because is so sturdy that it doesn't feel like it will brake or hurt you while doing the exercises.

Wouldn’t stay where it needed too . Slipped everytime I used it going off instructions and eventually looking up videos. I did return it. It’s sturdy. Lightweight. But I think it may have just been too big for me maybe.

Dont let the look of it fool you. It is actually pretty sturdy. My chick uses these every day and is still going strong. She loves it! Thank you.
