I'm definitely feeling a difference since starting these tablets. I don't feel as bloated and heavy in my abdomen. I'm also noticing more energy and less foul smelling flatulence. I'm recommended these to family and friends! I've been taking them now for a month at the time of writing this review.

I've been using for a bit. Always arrives quickly. I'm not sure if it helps with weight loss but it's helping keep my blood sugar stable.

I am not recommending anything, just sharing my experience not focused on weight loss. It seems insurance changes the brand or whatever of certain medications I take to manage my glucose and suddenly I can't fill the prescription. I ran out of Metformin, couldn't refill, and didn't have the time to jump the hoops. I quickly began having issues with spiking and just very high glucose.I'm not a supplement guy at all but I did some research, found some science for Berberine, and the product reviews looked good here.After 2-3 days I didn't notice any change, nor did I expect much. Thinking it may need some time I continued taking it and at the end of week one it seemed as though I was not spiking and maybe leveling off a bit lower. I continued taking it.Now this could be in my head, like a placebo affect but... at some point in the next two-three weeks I realized I was back to my normal levels and with only a few alerts. I'd also become active. Working in my yard, starting projects, and doing things I used to enjoy but always was to be tired for. Now I've noticed I'm in a legit good mood on a regular basis. Work is better, home is better, things just seem better.I read more of the research (recognized institutional, peer reviewed) and there are findings discussing this. I did not see conclusions, just early findings.Anyway, if it's all in my head then my mental powers seem to be as or more effective than Metformin. I will be discussing all this when I meet with my doctor in a couple of weeks but for now I intend to continue to take Berberine and am incredibly happy with this brand.

Be careful folks. Maybe some of you will have an easy time with this. But don't be a fool like me and gleefully buy more than one bottle up front. Give it a test drive first.I had heard the testimonies and studied the many benefits of berberine. So I started taking it slowly, half a dose, one capsule a day, to ease into it. Within just a few days, I had all kinds of stomach trouble. Thinking I had food poisoning, I stopped eating food. I had explosive, watery diarrhea and fatigue for days. I blamed the summer heat. I blamed it on stress. Finally my symptoms cleared and so whatever problem I had was apparently gone. Then, I started eating, and went back on the berberine. In 24 hours, all the problems came back.To make fully certain it was the berberine, I went on an elimination diet. I ate only bland, "safe" things, staying off supplements. Then slowly one by one, I started back on my multivitamin, Vit D, Vit C. No problem. Then after a week, I started the berberine again. Sure enough, the next day, here came the diarrhea, stomach cramps, malaise, and three days of nausea and discomfort.I did the above twice: Went back on a bland diet, got better, and in a week, went back on berberine again. The nasty symptoms reared their ugly head.Such a bummer. The window of a refund closed so I can't return these. Anyone trying berberine for the first time, maybe share with a friend and monitor your symptoms. I wish you good luck.

If you’re a woman who is NOT a fan of HEAVY menstrual cycles. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.I was in peri menopause when I started taking this supplement. 304 days without a cycle. 9 days into taking this I had the heaviest flow of my life and this supplement was the only change made to the normal routine. And before I realized what was causing my cycle I have 2 periods equally as heavy twice in the same month. I have since stopped using this supplement and my body has yet to return to normal. Depending on why your taking this, if it’s not a matter or life or death Don’t do it
